Happy B-day to meeee :D :D and a few cards

Today is my birthday and I'm 35 years young now ;-).

My husband and my youngest son both have the flu, so we decided to celebrate my birthday on saturday, hopefully they feel better by then.

I got a daylight lamp (soooo happy with it) and an Esprit watch so far :D :D :D.

These 3 Christmas cards for next year are made with the same patterned paper "Love you" from Daisy Bucket. I didn't use a cutie stamp again ;-) and I'm really starting to like it.

For this card I used a template from Peet the Scalloped Card, thanks for sharing Peet!!! :D :D :D
Very happy with it and I'm definitely gonna use it more for my cards.

First of all I want to wish you all the best for 2009 :-) and I hope it will be a year with lots of love, happiness and fun for everybody.

The cards below are not my first cards of 2009, I made these ones in 2008, but I had to put them on my blog first :D.

For this card I used the sketch from the club from Tiets "Kaarten maken met Tiets".

For this card I used the workshop from Nancy. Her work is amazing and I really like the workshops and challenges she puts on her blog. You really should hop over and take a look at her creations :D.

For this card I didn't use a specific sketch, I wanted to make a card without a cutie stamp (allthough I like them very much, but I like a challenge ;-)) and this is how it turned out.
